Wednesday Thoughts - Autumn/Winter Morning Routine? | Aimee Bell MUA



So on opening my curtains this morning I was greeted by my favorite season of the year! Autumn has finally hit here in the UK and I couldn't be happier. Anyone that knows me I am constantly too warm, opening windows, putting the AC on at work and driving everyone insane ha! There is nothing I like more than cuddling up in big thick jumpers, slippers, brushed cotton bedding with a nice bit mug of hot chocolate in my onesie, watching endless movies on Netflix listening to the rain outside. 


I have become a very very lazy Aimee as of late.. as I am sure some of you will be able to agree, the dark mornings make you not want to roll out of bed in the rain for work and you hope that your bed will make you one of its own so you don't have to leave. But then I realised... I'm at work 8 hours a day with a 2 hours commute... so I have around 1 hour in a morning & 4 hours on a night where I am awake.... Why am I wasting life asleep!!?? Or better yet why am I not utilizing the time I have to accomplish stuff in the morning so I can relax on an evening? 

So I have decided that rather than hiding away from the fact it is morning & bed is better, maybe I should make use of this time to do more productive things like working out, brekkie (I usually dont have brekkie now till I get to work where I end up having a sausage roll. BAD AIMEE), shower, have a coffee, and maybe put some planning into place for my blog/instagram/twitter posts before getting ready for work :). 

The question is how early is needed to get up and still make sure I get enough sleep & accomplish the above ha.. So here is where I am asking the help for you guys! What are your typical morning routines, time scales, & what do you accomplish in the morning? I would love to hear all of your ideas!
