Well its Day 2 of my healthy me challenge and so far I'm not doing too bad. However the cravings for bread and chocolate have started!
I got up again and did my workout straight away not feeling too bad considering yesterday was the first time I had done a kettle bell workout. However now after doing it for the 2nd day in a row, my body feels like I have been hit by a train and then trampled on by an elephant!!
Todays workout was an AB CORE focused workout..... This included:
AROUND THE BODY PASSES - REPEAT 25 TIMES
BENT ROW - REPEAT 20 TIMES
FRONT SQUAT - REPEAT 25 TIMES
WINDMILL - REPEAT 10 TIMES ON EACH SIDE (however i only managed 6 on each! PAIN!)
KETTLEBELL HALO - REPEAT 20 TIMES ON EACH SIDE
FINISHED WITH FIGURE 8 LUNGES - REPEAT 20 ON EACH SIDE.
If you are doing this with me then you should be pleased that tomorrow and thursday will be my rest days & back to a full body workout on Friday to finish off for the weekend!!! Change up your workouts so they don't get boring!!
Todays food diary:
Breakfast: Porridge & Black coffee
Snack: 3x Slices of Chorizo/salami (Guilty pleasure but meat is good for you!)
Lunch: Went to my gran's so she did me a ham sarnie & soup (Bread doesnt agree with me and bloats me so not a good choice today!)
Afternoon: Water & Cranberry Green Tea (Helps bloating)
Dinner: I am thinking about making a nice chicken salad - (heading over to trusty pinterest for ideas!)
