My Apartment Tour | Aimee Bell MUA

So if you have read my most recent MIA post (click here) or follow my Instagram (Click Here) then you will be all clued up on my big news that me and my bf have moved into our first apartment together! As promised, here is my little apartment tour and a list/links/prices of where I got everything from! Some of the bedding/pillows/sofar arrangements have changed since these pictures (anyone who has been following me for ages knows I love re-arranging stuff!) **The furniture came with the apartment** SO LETS GET TO IT!!!!

Why I've been MIA | Aimee Bell MUA


Long time no speak! I am back and ready to take 2017 by storm & get some great blogging done! To get me back into blogging, I would do a little update on where I have been & what I have been up to. 

So at the end of January, me & my bf decided to view an apartment... not for anything else other than to view it and see what it was like... a week later we moved in... I fell in LOVE with it! I just couldn't walk away from it! So the week up until we moved in was ridiculously busy getting sorted, organised etc and I barely slept with anxiety! But we made it to the Friday we were moving in and we did everything on our own carrying bags after bags up in the lift to our apartment, sorting it out, headed to Tesco to do a big big shop & even had time to head to IKEA and get the last little bits we needed for the kitchen & accessories etc. 
The apartment was fully furnished so all we needed was ourselves, bedding & furnishings, accessories & kitchen bits and bobs, rugs... basically everything to make it homely & ours. 

After a weekend of sorting, we were without the internet until last Wednesday which meant I was cut off from the world of Netflix & blogging etc and it has been horrible as i have been waiting to get back to you guys!! 

If you have been following me on twitter/instagram/snapchat you will have seen a few pieces from our apartment, but I am going to do a post on that after this! As the move has meant we have moved away from our gym, I have started BBG again so will continue to post my progress on that on my Instagram until we get the gym & swimming pool completed at our apartment apartment complex where my training will be able to continue again yeyy!!

Also if you have been following me on SM, you will see that my PINK hair has now returned to BROWN... I felt the Pink had finished its little run & felt like i wanted to be back to my brunette routes & feel abit better in my clothes as more things go with brown hair!!

Fitness Update Week 3 | Aimee Bell MUA

 
Week 1 Day 1

Week 3 Day 1

So im half way through the 3rd week of my new fitness routine and im absolutely loving it! I feel much better & I am feeling stronger and more toned already! 

My week goes as follows... 

Monday & Tuesday I have been at my mums so I have completed arms & legs using dumb bell weights & a kettle bell at home for 15 minutes each. I also incorporate abs on arms. 

Wednesday is a midweek rest as I head to Joshes and we buy food in for the week. We use the lean in 15 book for help & buy our food accordingly. 

Thursday Legs again but at the gym with medium weights and high reps & a short 10mins of cardio on the treadmill. 

Friday biceps & triceps using medium weights and high repps

Saturday is the shoulder boulder day! Again medium weight and high reps. 

The reps that I have been doing are.... 50reps, break, 40reps, break, 30 reps, break, 20reps, break, 10reps. Rest. Both me and josh have seen a fast difference working this way than doing 30 reps on one excercise and moving on. Now we only do 2 different excercises in accordance with the lean in 15 plan and we feel stronger and fitter. 

Food wise we are still sticking to 1 takeaway a week or we swap the takeaway for a meal out & we have a bar of choccie that we can break up if we get a sugar craving to last the week or longer depending on the cravings ha!! 

Let me know if you want me to start posting the meals of the day or meals of the week posts! I have picked up my iphone 7 plus today and so i can now take better photos!!! Im in love with it! Best phone everrrr!!!

New Workout Plan 2017 | Aimee bell MUA

This picture/quote is my favourite fitness quote ever and oh so true.. So many times people decide to start working out & then are a week in and quit or order the fatty takeaways because they aren't noticing any difference... So if you follow the above you won't be disappointed, you just need to get past the initial two weeks!! 

I am now on my 2nd day of eating healthier, & working out again and so far I feel okay (Apart from the serious DOMS on my legs right now) but you know what they say, no pain no gain!! See below today's aftermath picture of my 1000 Squat challenge by Blogilates on Youtube & 1000 Ab challenge today! 


As I am going to Corfu with my bf in May, we are now absolutely 100% trying out best to smash out the workouts and better food choices to look the hottest we can possibly look around that pool!!! 

So on that note, I have sort of changed the areas that I want to gain muscle on & work on up until then. I used to be one of them girls looking at the thigh gaps & being sooooo slender and slim, but now, I want to get that shoulder cap popping, nice shapely arms, teeny waist (from building the shoulders and booty - Its all an illusion) and a big booty & some good thighs/legs! 

Too many people I now follow on instagram/snapchat for the gains motivation to count but my god are they an inspiration!! Find someone or something you want to make your goal and go smash it! Have them on your background of your phone or laptop or something to remind yourself the pain will be worth it!!! 

So what have I decided to do... My New Workout Regime is now spread over 5 days depending on where I am whether it be at my mums or at Joshes decides for me whether i workout at home with a kettle bell weight, or go to the gym and do weights there. However the week normally looks like this...

Monday: At my mums so I start the week off with some form of leg workout challenge from YouTube or I now have downloaded the Sworkit Apps for the different splits (Arms & upper body) (Abs & Core) ( Legs & butt). So monday is a killer leg day! For added weight I use my 5kg Kettle Bell. 

Tuesday: At my mums again, so i have chosen to do an upper body workout, again using the Sworkit App & incorporating my trusty kettle bell again. I have just seen that Primark are now doing some little 4lb dumbbell weights for £5! So I am going to try pick these up tomorrow! 

Wednesday: I usually head to Joshes on this day, so I plan on doing an at home concentrated ab workout with my sworkit app & then head to the gym to get some 40 min cardio in. I usually split it onto the bike & incline treadmill. 

Thursday: At Joshes, so back to Leg day again! But this time I am hitting the gym for a HEAVY leg workout. (I am doing legs twice a week now due to there being a hell of a lot of big muscles in them & to ensure i build those booty gains!!)  - I may do a light 10 min on the treadmill or bike after depending on how my legs are (Usually JELLY!!) 

Friday: Last but not least, still at Joshes so back to arms, but in the gym this time & I am going to try concetrate on Shoulders and Biceps here with Josh to help me as he is a good egg ha! (Tuesday is more of a full upper body crippler!) - Again may finish with a smudge of light cardio for 10 mins. 

And thats it!! Saturday & Sunday can be my rest days, unless i feel like i want to do anything else but I think this routine should work well with me and my living/work schedule!!!
