So its 2016! We have finally made it to the new year! I know, I know all bloggers do it & write about our new years resolutions and 99% of the time I definitely do not stick to it at all.. Im the worst at sticking to anything I set for myself but I find sharing my resolutions with you guys & you having similar ones we can all support each other!
I celebrated new years in with my boyfriend, best friend and her fellah, and I wouldn't have it any other way! As you can see above, we always smiling! To continue having fun with friends and having more social dates with them this year is definitely my first resolution. 2015 gave me chance to be in an amazing relationship & I have rekindled friendships from back in the school days so I definitely want to keep that one up!
Keeping fit, healthy and toned! Yes very very cliche we all say it every year, but i feel like this year is my time to shine and really change the way I eat, workout, stay positive and be happy. Just before christmas I signed up to the sweat with kayla app on my phone. (It is 14.99 a month which is pricey for an at home workout I know I know) but for me it is the perfect pocket personal trainer. It has meal plans, water trackers, and over the 12 week programme the workouts become harder and more intense so you push yourself more. I am going to do a 6 week update with progress photos when i reach the half way mark to give you a full review.
Keep up my skin care routine! I have managed to finally get into this now in the last half of 2015 so I really want to keep it up as my skin is the largest organ on my body and its the first thing people see! I am going to continue alternating between my Micellar cleansing water& my forever living cleanser and toner so my skin doesn't get too used to one product. I can't believe I used to sleep in m makeup every night. I know ew right... Now I can't wait to get home from work and take my face off!
Drinking more water & having more fruit and veggies In my diet is now something which I need to do! After binging on the worst fatty foods ever over the christmas period my body has never felt so ill, sluggish & bloated. At the age of 22 I think its now or never to get into that habit! I have recently discovered blueberry juice and now cannot live without it! I will do a post in a couple of weeks on my eating habits, foods and juices I recommend and see what a difference my changes have made to me.
I have many things to look forward to in 2016, I'm getting my extensions installed next month! FINALLY! HAIR!! Me & the fellah are starting to save for our first house and my god i cannot wait for that I am so excited, its more looking like 2017/2018 when we actually buy but its nice to say we are saving for our dream house! I have an exciting project coming up too which I will be able to share with you once I get it up and running which I am sure you will all love!!
So thats about it i think for my resolutions this year as I am already pretty organised & old with keeping tidy anyway ha!
