So i finished work last thursday and since then ive done alot! Friday i signed up to the #sweatwithkayla app for her bikini body guide 1.0 and so far done 2 workouts and as i write this my body is crying!! Ill be doing a full review on it in a couple of weeks when i have results to share!
Ive started eating better and drinking alot more water in prep for crimbo!
Been to tgis with the boyf and then sacked off the cinema as we were both still tired from friday night drinks!
Today ive been working out and cleaning the house ready for crimbo and then spent the rest of my day cuddling up to my puppy!
